ELEANOR has released her first single,  ‘Thin End of The Wedge’ via New York’s Sorry Records. Check it out below.

For the past two years, the Sydney-born, South London-based DJ, producer and Local Action affiliate has hosted a monthly Rinse FM show where she presents the best in contemporary club sounds from the UK, US and beyond. She draws on these influences on ‘Thin End of The Wedge’, which fizzes with confidence and energy.

The tune is the latest outing from New-York based Sorry Records – following a recent EP from Nowadays/Mister Saturday Night’s Eamon Harkin – and comes with all the low-end power and propulsive grooves you’d expect from the imprint. It’s also Sorry’s first ever release from a non American artist: “Elle’s a dedicated head who honestly knows more about what’s good in the NYC scene than most people in it themselves,” the label wrote in the single’s accompanying text.

The track comes paired with two remixes from Washington DC supergroup Black Rave Culture (James Bangura, DJ Nativesun, Amal). The Freak and Hyper mix are as frenetic as their names suggest, infusing even more rave energy in ELEANOR’s bouncing beats.

‘Thin End of The Wedge’ is out now.. Listen and buy below.
