Folamour has launched a new record label, House of Love, with a new EP by French DJ/producer Kousto.

Speaking about the label's launch, Folamour said House of Love aims to "create an environment for you to dream”.  Kickstarting the imprint is Kousto's four-tracker, 'When We Were There'. Stream lead track 'Friendship For Lovers' below.

Set for release on 10th February, the EP - which also includes 'Jungle Bird', a collaboration with Folamour - explores the concept of "future memories of the past".

In a statement, Folamour said: “I’ve always had a project in mind that would be a label and events, linking music to emotions to create a moment of symbiosis. This is where House of Love started. Music that would tell stories and events filled with emotions and love. There won’t be any limits to the music we’ll release; as long as it brings me moves and feelings, it will have a home at HoL."

"The first release is a perfect example of that. Kousto did an amazing job at creating a world of his own, where he welcomes us to have to dream in a dance. I just can’t wait for everyone to be taken on his journey.”

In the coming months, the project will see Folamour curate a series of events across the world in cities and places that share the values of the label, creating a safe space for attendees to dance and share experiences, and building on several showcases last year with shows in Amsterdam, London, Milan, Barcelona, Brussels and elsewhere.
