Four Tet says new album “is done”

His last full-length album was released in 2017

Four Tet has announced his new album "is done".

The artist, real name Kieran Hebden, has released a slew of singles and EPs under both the Four Tet alias and his ⣎⡇ꉺლ༽இ•̛)ྀ◞ ༎ຶ ༽ৣৢ؞ৢ؞ؖ ꉺლ moniker, but released his last full-length album, 'New Energy', in 2017.

In a Tweet posted yesterday (20th) Hebden simply wrote "the new album is done". The as-yet unnamed project will follow last year's EPs 'Dreamer' and 'Anna Painting', as well as DJ Mag's track of the year 2019, 'Only Human'.

'Teenage Birdsong', which featured on 'Dreamer', was given its own music video in summer last year, filmed during Four Tet's Alexandra Palace show in April, which went on to form a surprise live album.
