Insomniac has acquired an ownership stake for Club Space.
The legendary Miami venue has partnered with EDC's parent company to forge what is expected to be a long-lasting relationship.
Insomniac CEO Pasquale Rotella said, "Davide, Coloma and Sinopoli have done an exceptional job revitalizing this venue to be better than it’s ever been. They are passionate people that care about creating experiences, and share the same core values that Insomniac lives by."
This year's EDC Las Vegas took place in May.
Ultra Miami is to extend its sustainability initiative for next year's festival.
Back in March, the eighth edition of Insomniac's Beyond Wonderland featured sets from Deadmau5, Armin van Buuren, Rezz and more.
