Laroc to open new club in the hills of Brazil’s Sao Paolo, Ame

New space will host 2,500 ravers next door to the famous venue...

Laroc, the world-renowned Brazilian nightclub an hour outside Sao Paolo, is to unveil a new open-air sister venue next door, called Ame.

Laroc’s location is famously situated in the lush Valinhos Valley, and the new venue will have the capacity for 2,500 more club-goers, making it a more tantalising space than ever before.

There is a ceiling suspended 16 metres above Ame, though the sunset will be visible as it passes the surrounding hills in the evenings.

Guy Gerber and Armin van Buren have played Laroc in the past few years, and Ame’s opening party will be soundtracked by Dutch DJ Joris Voorn.

Laroc is well-known for its huge LED panels, confetti explosions and pyrotechnic displays, and finished 29th in DJ Mag’s Top 100 clubs list this year.

The experience of a night in Laroc can also be enjoyed in these videos from some of their biggest parties last year.
