Logic1000 has dropped her remix of FEMME HOUSE founder LP Giobbi's 'All In A Dream Feat. DJ Tennis and Joseph Ashworth'. Listen to the track below.
Contrasting the original, which arrived on Ninja Tune imprint Counter Records in June, the new version offers a stripped down, tougher take on things, while still retaining warm layers of synth and the piano line.
The reworking arrives in the wake of the classical and jazz-trained pianist, producer, activist and DJ Mag Best of North America Awards nominee LP Giobbi's August offering, 'Forever and a Day', which featured Caroline Byrne on vocal duties.
Next month, LP Giobbi hits the road for a string of European dates, including El Baile's Closing Party at Pacha, Ibiza (6/10), Blackstone Street Warehouse in Liverpool (8/10), BBC Radio 1's Dance Presents takeover at Depot Mayfield, Manchester (14/10), and Lady of the House at W Amsterdam (19/10). Meanwhile, Logic1000's forthcoming dates include Human in Barcelona (8/10), DGLT at ADE, Amsterdam (21/10), and Manchester's Warehouse Project as part of an Eat Your Own Ears event (19/11).
