Miami Winter Music Conference cancelled due to coronavirus

“After spending the past ten months preparing for the event with our team, panelists and event partners, we are profoundly disappointed”

Miami Winter Music Conference has been postponed, with no new date yet announced, due to guidance over the spread of coronavirus Covid-19. It was due to run from March 16th to 19th.

The electronic music conference shared the news via a statement made on Twitter. You can read that below.

The news comes after a string of major music events have been cancelled due to the spread of COVID-19, including SXSWMiami's UltraTomorrowland Winter in France and Beat Hotel Morrocco, while there are growing concerns that Coachella may be called off.

The UK Government continues to believe that large gatherings and events should go ahead, with the Bangface Weekender - one of our top club recommendations for this month - set to happen as usual.
