Perlon is reissuing Ricardo VIllalobos' debut album, 'Alcachofa', on vinyl later this month.

The new edition of 'Alcachofa' will come as a quadruple-vinyl box set, one more record than the original 2003 triple-vinyl release, Resident Advisor reports. Under the heading 'Alcachofa Tools', the fourth LP will include 'Bach To Back,' 'Y.G.H.' and 'Waiworinao', the latter two tracks having been previously included on the CD release. That's out on 27th October.

'Alcachofa' was first released by Playhouse under the artist name Villalobos. The German label gave it a repress in 2011.

Earlier this year, Ricardo Villalobos released a 40-minute remix of Ela Minus & DJ Python’s ‘Abril Lluvias Mill’. He also headlined fabric's first-ever outdoor festival EXODUS
