Raving is the perfect way to do your January workout, study says

Maybe just keep the adult beverages in check...

Raving just might be the perfect means to reach your new year fitness goals. New data suggests the average electronic music fan shuffles through nearly 5 kilometres per gig attended.

Per the study, conducted by DICE using fitbits, grime fans are the most active in the live setting. Those fans average nearly 8 kilometres during their typical Skepta or Stormzy outing.

Pop (4.3 kilometres), R’n’B (3 kilometres), and Indie (1.8 kilometres) are not as conducive to burning off those extra year-end fat and calories.

Best of luck to those on their Dry January endeavors.
