When Dax J made worldwide headlines last year for dropping an Islamic call to prayer sample during his set in Tunisia, it looked for a minute like his career could be over. As a result of the ensuing international furore he received all manner of online death threats, and was sentenced to a year in prison by a Tunisian court.
