Glastonbury Festival has dropped its first wave line-up, for the event which runs from Wednesday 21st to Sunday 25th June at Worthy Farm in Pilton.
The stacked first reveal includes previously announced headline performances from Radiohead, Foo Fighters and Ed Sheeran, as well as new additions including Major Lazer, Justice, Sasha & Digweed, The xx, Boy Better Know, Stormzy and more.

Ultra Music Festival kicks off today (Friday 24th March) in Miami with the mega-fest set to stream 26 hours of music over the next three days via their channel UMFTV.

Mad Decent Block Party was due to host Major Lazer, Dillon Francis, Nucleya and more for three dates in India next month (March), but over the weekend the event’s promoter announced the shows would no longer be going ahead.
Speaking in a statement on Facebook on Saturday (18th February), events company Oji said the dates are cancelled because they can’t “host Mad Decent Block Party in the exact style with which we envisioned (sic).”

Diplo dropped a new radio show as part of his BBC Radio 1 Xtra segment last night, that included throwback tracks from N*E*R*D, Missy Elliott and Diplo himself.
There's also a brand new mix from the Mad Decent crew stacked with loads of fresh hip-hop, including cuts from Migos, Gucci Mane & Drake and Travis Scott.
Middlelands Festival, which makes its debut at the Texas Renaissance Festival Fair Grounds in Todd Mission, Texas from 5th through 7th May, has revealed names for The Stronghold.
Serving as the festival’s bass stage, Middlelands has locked Funtcase, Crizzly, 12th Planet, Goldfish, Andy C, Bro Safari, Lido Datsik and many more for The Stronghold.
Nickelodeon has added an EDM category to this year's Kid's Choice Awards.
The children's TV station has named genre heavyweights Martin Garrix, Skrillex, Calvin Harris, Major Lazer, DJ Snake, and Zedd as nominees for the Favourite DJ/EDM Artist award.
Meanwhile, The Chainsmokers have also been nominated in the existing categories Favourite New Artist and Favourite Music Group categories alongside the likes of Maroon 5, OneRepublic and Solange.

Diplo has announced he will be taking a break from his Jack Ü collaborative project with Skillex for the foreseeable future.
In an interview with Zane Lowe for Apple Music, the Mad Decent honcho confirmed the duo do have a lot of music still to put out, but having overworked himself last year, would be focusing on Major Lazer during 2017.
“I think right now I’m just trying to make Major Lazer," says Diplo. "Last year I kind of did everything and I wore myself really thin trying to do all those projects, but this year it’s all about getting the Major Lazer stuff out.
