LANDR has launch a free samples service to compliment its mastering and distribution platform. Collaborating with artists and producers across genres, LANDR now provides free sample packs for users to download and keep for free – all that's required is a registration email.

So far, artists like Jimmy Edgar, Marc Houle, Dirty Projectors and Pan-Pot have contributed to the packs with LANDR taking a further step to becoming a one-stop shop for producers.

Their AI mastering was initially met with criticism but has won users over, especially with its improved algorithms and more recent distribution services. The samples aspect comes at a time when the world of sample packs is in flux, with Loopmasters' Loopcloud 2.0 and Native Instruments' Sounds.com recently re-imagining the way in which producers download and use sounds.
