Marking five years of Culprit
As a collective, LA's Culprit has brought the ethos of their label to parties around the world for five year's now, anchored by the Culprit Sessions events perched amid the skyscrapers in Downtown Los Angeles. Whether it’s Detroit’s Movement, Mexico’s BPM, London’s fabric, Berlin’s Watergate, Ibiza’s Space, Barcelona’s Sonar, the desert’s Coachella, or their new home at Sound in LA, Culprit’s parties have always focused on providing a platform for their artists, and delivering audiences the very best in contemporary underground dance music.
To mark the five year celebrations in 2014, Culprit will host showcases across the globe, while a series of special retrospective remixes will serve to highlight the Culprit catalog. In addition there will be a series of new original EPs, kicking off with Above The City Rooftop Rising: The Remixes on April 7.
