Binary Algorithms will release a new EP, ‘Registers’, via his own Furatena imprint next week. Have an exclusive first listen to ‘Register #04’ below.
Following on from Robert Cosmic and Saigg’s intercontinental electro link-up, ‘Superficial Information’, from February and his own sharp-shooting techno collab with Chicago’s Zvrra last October, Bogotá’s Binary Algorithms returns with four driving, dub-infused techno cuts designed for dark, cavernous dancefloors. All swooping Basic Channel-esque chords and looping beats, with a hardgroove percussion flourish on 'Register #02', it’s all classic stuff in the Tresor/Ostgut/M-Plant mould, delivered with a freshness of vision and an understanding of the beauty in restraint and letting things breathe.
‘Registers’ will be released on 7th June. Pre-order it here.
