Berlin’s Tresor announces line-ups for three New Year’s parties
DJ Stingray 313, Kangding Ray & Wata Igarashi, Lady Starlight and more will ring in the new year at the storied Mitte club's 17-hour Silvester event
Tresor has revealed its plans for New Year's celebrations.
The Berlin club will host three separate events from 31st December, 2022, through 2nd January. It kicks off on New Year's Eve with a 17-hour, multi-room Silvester event with DJ Stingray 313, Janina, Sansibar and more, plus Lady Starlight performing live and a back-to-back from Kangding Ray and Wata Igarashi.
The New Year's Day event will feature sets from JP Enfant, Eliott Litrowski, Lily Ackerman and Handmade, among others, plus Shifted and Emily Jeanne for a back-to-back set. The line-up for the 2nd January party, under the banner "Still Awake?!", includes Fireground, Function, Madalba and Sven von Thülen.
2022 has seen ups and downs for Tresor and its family. In May, the club reopened for the first time in two years due to the coronavirus pandemic. Tresor celebrated its 31st anniversary with a month-long festival and exhibition, from which rare 28-year-old jackets were stolen. In July, cofounder Regina Baer died in July after a long battle with a "serious illness".
