Cypress Hill's DJ Muggs' personal record collection is up for sale

It includes rarities from the Grammy-nominated producer's Soul Assassins label

Cypress Hill founding producer DJ Muggs is set to sell his extensive record collection.

Two months on from a private record collection valued at over $1 million going on sale, Muggs' thousands-strong personal collection includes rarities from the Grammy-nominated producer's Soul Assassins label, as well as a personally annotated copy of 'Vibes From The Tribe' by Phil Ranelin,

DJ Muggs, real name Lawrence Muggerud, will sell the collection at L.A. record store Rappcats in November. The store will also feature miscellaneous schedules, notes and gig flyers of Muggerud's from across the years. 

Tempted? The record sale takes place at the store on 5636 York Blvd on 9th and 10th November from 12-6pm.

A new record shop focusing on "quality electronic music" is set to open in Copenhagen in early December.

Back in July, a personal collection of UK No.1 singles was sold at auction.
