DJ Mag France Announce 'Best of French' Awards Results

Petit Biscuit, Justice & DJ Snake all pick up awards...

Throughout December 2017, thousands of French music fans voted in DJ Mag France's Best of French Awards.

More than 60 French DJ-producers and electronic music artists were nominated across 16 categories to give an overview of the French electronic scene, which has never been so relevant.

The results – which landed last week – were dominated by 18 year-old Petit Biscuit, who scooped three awards.

DJ Snake kept his as France's Best Global DJ and Justice were awarded Best French Electronic Duo.

Many new French talents have broken through within the electronic scene in the last twelve months. Among them, the revelation of the year is Damien N-Drix. Signed to Spinnin, the French artist managed to get attention from many A-List EDM DJs and he lately co-produced a banger with GTA.

On a more Underground note, Popof won the House category while Hungry Music’s stalwart Joachim Pastor won the Deep-Techno award.

For the first time, new categories for Switzerland & Belgium were also submitted for votes. Nora en Pure was voted as the Best Swiss representative while Lost Frequencies (best new entry in last year's Top 100 DJs) was voted as the best DJ from Belgium.
