Fearful and Mtwn link up on new single ‘Careful (feat. Riko Dan)’: Listen

Fearful and Mtwn have linked up on a new single, ‘Careful (feat. Riko Dan)’, ahead of their collaborative album out later this month. Listen to the track below.
Out today via Prague’s YUKU imprint, the track combines experimental dubstep with a selection of dark electronic textures, and features vocals from London grime MC, Riko Dan.
The single is the first taste of Fearful and Mtwn’s third collaborative record, ‘Beyond The Veil’, which is set to arrive later this month. Building on the tense atmospheres of those previous projects, the album includes nine tracks that “make you feel like there’s no escape.”
“The concept of our second album was to continue the journey out of our comfort zone,” said the duo on the release. “We set foot in odd patterns and textures, letting ideas flow without setting ourselves any limitation. Beyond The Veil tells the story of an uncertain future, shaped by forces that are out of our control, like a voiceless menace acting as muse to humanities dark patterns.”
‘Beyond The Veil’, out digitally on 23rd October, is available to pre-order here. The album will also be available on vinyl from early 2024.
