GiGi FM is starting a new label called Sea~rène with a new EP, 'Kiwi Synthesis Diary Vol.2'. Listen to lead single 'Amadamushies' below.
The French-Italian artist's new outlet centres on "ethereal" and "dreamlike" electronic music with "immersive storytelling". She offered a statement of the label's identity: "We are Sea~rène swimming in-between supernatural tides, forever following the emotional waves of the universe".
Out 1st December, the five-track EP (with sixth digital bonus cut) is a followup to her 2021 debut 'Kiwi Synthesis Diary 21k'. As the titles suggest, the music is a stand-in for her usual journaling. When the first volume was released, GiGi FM said on Instagram, "This album is a very personal project and was born as I stopped writing in my actual diary and instead, used Ableton to document and record my thoughts, feelings and dreams."
