I Love Acid announces 15th anniversary UK and North America tour

UK party I Love Acid is heading out on a 15th anniversary tour of the UK and the US.

Kicking off on 14th October, I Love Acid will head to Glasgow's The Berkley Suite for a party that will be headlined by DMX Krew. DJs Elisa Bee and Jon DaSilva are also on the bill.

From there, the tour will head over to the US for a run of five shows featuring I Love Acid's founders Posthuman and Luke Vibert. On the same night of their Glasgow party (14th Oct), the touring crew will take over both rooms of Detroit's Marble Bar with Lauren Flax, Rebecca Goldberg, Todd Osborn (aka Soundmurderer) and DJ Warp all on the bill.

The tour will then head to Chicago's smartbar (as part of the venue's weekend-long VIVA ACID celebration of the music), Good Room in New York, Denver's The Black Box and Public Works in San Francisco. Among the guests in the US will be Lauren Flax, Justin Aulis Long and DJ Warp.

Back in the UK, London's The Social will host a residents party featuring Posthuman and Placid on 4th November, while Birmingham's Hare & Hounds will see Posthuman joined by Ceephax Acid Crew on 18th November.

Rounding out the anniversary tour on 25th November, Kable Klub in Manchester will host a line-up that includes Lauren Flax, WTCHCRFT, Jon DaSilva and resident Posthuman.

Tickets for all of these events are available through RA.

During the tour, a limited edition split 12" record, pressed on fluorescent green vinyl, will be available to attendees. It will be exclusive to the club events and will not be made available to purchase online.
