LP Giobbi releases new single, ‘Waiting’, with Redfield and DJ Rae: Listen

LP Giobbi has linked-up with Redfield and DJ Rae for a new single, ‘Waiting’. Check it out below.
Out today (10th November) via Higher Ground, the collaboration blends uplifting house melodies with a punchy, percussive groove. It rounds out a year of high-profile collaborations for the Oregon-raised producer, whose debut album ‘Light Places’ – released in May – features the likes of Sofi Tukker, and DJ Tennis & Joseph Ashworth.
Since dropping the album, along with a deluxe version, LP Giobbi has launched her own imprint with Defected Records, Yes Yes Yes. She released the first single on the label, ‘Time Expands’, in late September.
LP Giobbi also recently released an official remix of Taylor Swift’s ‘Cruel Summer’, which forms part of the pop star's promotion trail for concert film ‘Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour’.
The DJ and producer kicked off her Light Places tour yesterday in Santa Fe, New Mexico. LP Giobbi will perform in Arizona and Colorado, before touching down in Washington D.C. to headline DJ Mag’s Best Of North America tour party on 17th November.
Giobbi – who won Best Producer at the 2023 awards – will perform at the Soundcheck club as part of the three-date run, with support on the night set to be announced at a later date.
