A NEW LOUIE VEGA ALBUM IS IN THE WORKS

One half of the house music legends Masters At Work, Louie Vega has announced he’ll be releasing a solo album.

The record, titled ‘Louie Vega Starring...’, will be released on 26th February on Vega Records followed by two EPs and features collaborations with 25 artists including Funkadelic and Soul II Soul’s Caron Wheeler. The dual disc is Louie Vega’s first solo album ever, and is being touted as the respected DJ/producer's best work to date.

By bringing together the diverse genres of house, funk, latin-soul and gospel, Louie Vega has created a record filled with positive vibes. According to the press release: 'Listeners can expect notes of Afro & Latin and pure house infused with funk, gospel, Caribbean, jazz, R&B, soul,' from Vega's first solo outing.
