Outhouse Sounds release six-track garage EP raising money for Ukrainian aid: Listen
'OHSVA002' is now available to buy and stream
Liverpool's Outhouse Sounds have released a six-track garage EP, 'OHSVA002', to raise money for Ukrainian aid.
The high-octane EP races through juddering dub siren-spiced wobblers like Ayup Dub's 'Handle Your Business' and Panar's 'Delinquent', while stopping for air with more laid-back 2-steppers like Jay Ward's 'Come Around'.
"Of the $100 billion that has been pledged to Ukraine since the start of the war, only 0.17% of this has been donated to Humanitarian aid. We are therefore donating all OHS’s share of the VA profits directly to charities providing medical care, food, housing and other support to civilians who have fallen victims of the war in Ukraine," wrote the label on Instagram.

Last November, Ukraine's Standard Deviation label, associated with Kyiv club K41, relaunched nine months on from Russia's invasion of the imprint's home nation. To mark the relaunch, the label put out a new 20-track compilation, 'From Ukraine, For Ukraine'.
