Premiere: Onelight ‘Hold Me (SHE Spells Doom remix)’
Paris’ Onelight invites Yanari, SHE Spells Doom, Tayreeb and Walter Mecca to remix the luminous electronic pop track, ‘Hold Me feat. June Fermie’
Onelight has invited four artists to remix his recent single, ‘Hold Me’, which features vocals from June Fermie.
Yanari, SHE Spells Doom, Tayreeb and Walter Mecca have each put their own spin on the luminous electronic pop track, which originally appeared on the Parisian producer’s 2021 LP ‘EMPORIUM’, which found him crafting a futuristic blend of R&B, pop and electronica.
For his remix, Zambian producer SHE Spells Doom – who featured in our emerging artists feature last September – puts a typically percussive spin on the track, adding a splash of UK funky magic into the original’s bright, anthemic foundations. Check it out below.
SHE Spells Doom’s remixes follows the release of his ‘Rudnick’ EP on All Centre last year, as well as an appearance on Berlin club Tresor’s 30th anniversary compilation.
