Skrillex has reportedly been working with Rihanna on her forthcoming dancehall album. No release date has yet been confirmed.
Rihanna is said to currently working on two albums, a pop record and a dancehall record, with the latter featuring artists including Skrillex, R. City, Chronixx, Kranium and Boi-1da, according to Rolling Stone.
The pop megastar reportedly has over 500 tracks ready for the dancehall album, which looks to explore her Caribbean roots.
Last month, Skrillex teased new music from his former band From First To Last. That was after he dropped a new remix of Pendulum’s ‘The Island Pt.1’.
Skrillex has also recently gone back into the studio with Boys Noize, signalling that new Dog Blood material could be on the cards.
