Pioneer DJ has just released Interface 2, a two channel audio soundcard that lets DJs use Pioneer’s rekordbox DVS to control their digital music on a computer using any DJ set up.
The Interface 2 is not locked down to Pioneer DJ’s products, as it can be as a standalone sound card.
Licence keys for rekordbox dj and rekordbox dvs, as well as two timecoded vinyl records – worth a combined £230 – will ship with Interface 2. The package will be available from early July for £260.
Some of the main features include LED lights to indicate signal flow and warn DJs about signal problems.
