Kasra V will release a nine-track compilation, ‘10:10 Kasra V Presents 10 Years On NTS Radio’, later this month on his new label, V-sion. Listen to Angel D’lite’s contribution ‘Candy climax’ below.
Set for release on 2x12” vinyl and digitally on Friday, 14th June, the compilation celebrates Kasra V’s rise as a DJ and producer over the last decade via his residency with NTS which has seen him broadcast more than 200 radio shows. The tracks featured are firmly concentrated on the dance floor – encompassing strands of trance, house, breakbeat and beyond – as well as spotlighting revered guests who have graced the Iranian-born selector’s show throughout the years.
Amongst them is London rave enchantress Angel D’Lite, who serves up a mesmerising leftfield house cut infused with all the rave-ready flavours of her recent joint EP with LUXE, ‘Enchanted’. The release also features a collaboration between Kasra V and Marie Malarie, as well as new tracks from Sepehr, Angel D’Lite, Kim Ann Foxman, Spray, Fantastic Man and Kasra, among others.
The compilation follows Kasra V’s EP for Sepehr’s Shaytoon Records label, ‘Flood The Club’, which came out in October, and marks the first release on his new V-sion imprint.
