Paris's famed Rex Club has revealed its reopening series of parties after closing for a refurbishment over the summer.
Since shutting in June, Rex Club has updated its look with new bars and interior design by Gazelle Studio and furniture by local studio Matière Noire, according to Resident Advisor. The venue has retained its sound setup with a d&b audiotechnik system and upgraded the loudspeakers of its d&b diffusion system.
Rex Club will officially reopen on Thursday 12th October with CC:DISCO! and Jennifer Cardini. The next evening will feature DJ Deep and S.Telecom, plus a TBA guest, with an all-night-long set from Priku to close out the weekend on the 14th.
RA reports that Sama' Abdulhadi, Chez Damier, Camion Bazar, Z@p, Roi Perez, Adiel, D'Julz, Traumer, Marcel Dettmann and Eclair Fifi are among those set to play the rest of the reopening season, though the schedule has not been released yet.
Earlier this summer, Rex Club celebrated its 35th anniversary with a nearly 500-page photobook compiled by the venue's artistic director Antoine Molkhou.
