Shygirl shares video for ‘Thicc’: Watch
The London artist's latest singles gets a vivid disco-influenced visual
Shygirl has released the video for her latest single, 'Thicc'. Watch the clip below.
The disco-influenced video for the London artist's collaboration with Cosha, Karma Kid and Sega Bodega is directed by Jake Erland. "[This was] originally a song we’d made around the same time as some of the album tracks but I decided to hold this one back", Shygirl said of the single in a press statement. "...'Thicc' is fun and carefree and definitely a tease — all the classic traits of Club Shy".
This is Shygirl's first single since she released 'Nymph_o', the deluxe edition of her debut album, earlier this year. The expanded LP features collaborations with the likes of Björk, Arca, Fatima Al Qadiri, Eartheater and more.
This year, Shygirl also teamed up with Florentino on 'Pressure', off his latest EP for XL Recordings, and she contributed to Kelela's 'RAVE:N' remix album.
