XL teases new Burial release with two audio clips: Listen

XL Recordings have teased a new Burial release by sharing two audio clips on social media. 

At 8 AM on 1st January, the London imprint took to social to share two clips hinting at the new release, featuring both the XL and Burial logos. Check out both clips via X and Instagram below.

It comes three years after Burial teamed up with Four Tet and Thom Yorke for the XL-released 'Her Revolution / His Rope'. The majority of his output has been released via Hyperdub, as well as the likes of fabric Originals.

The XL teaser follows an eventful 2023 for the cryptic London producer. As well as releasing a new collaborative EP with Hyperdub label head Kode9, 'Infirmary/Unknown Summer', several of his tracks were used to soundtrack Burberry's Autumn/Winter 2023 runway show in February.

In January, EL-B digitally released a collaborative track with Burial, originally produced in 2009.
