A new interactive map has been developed to show you what independent record stores are still operating in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, and how you can buy from them.
Created by Beggars Group, the company which runs labels including Matador, 4AD, XL, Young Turks and Rough Trade, the map is divided into three sections: the UK, USA and Rest of the World. Most stores on the map are operating a mail order policy, while some are also offering local delivery services and options to pick up.
Legendary soul singer and songwriter Bill Withers has died, aged 81.
The American artist, best known for writing and performing hits such as ‘Ain’t No Sunshine’, ‘Lovely Day’, ‘Just The Two Of Us’ and ‘Lean On Me’, passed away on Monday 30th March following heart complications, it has been confirmed.

SoundCloud has announced $15m worth of initiatives to assist artists who are struggling for income during the coronavirus crisis. The initiatives include direct "fan-support" buttons such as links to Bandcamp, Patreon, Kickstarter and even PayPal from your profile. There's also $5m in free "promotional support", which involves using the hashtag #GetMorePlays and SoundCloud's editorial team will choose five artists per week to feature with promo.

Burning Man has postponed the launch of its main ticket sale for 2020’s festival.
This saturday, 4th April, a virtual ‘90s-inspired rave will be live streamed online.
The stream will be hosted on the Facebook page of Scottish festival, The Ultimate 90’s Rave, which was originally set to take place this weekend but was postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak.
