Berghain bouncer Sven Marquardt makes cameo in John Wick: Chapter 4
The doorman and photographer's only line is "I Am Klaus"
Berghain's notoerious/beloved bouncer Sven Marquardt has a cameo in John Wick: Chapter 4.
The Berlin doorman, photographer and documentary subject makes a brief appearance in the newly-released fourth instalment of the action thriller series, directed by Chad Stahelski and starring Keanu Reeves. Singer Rina Sawayama and Laurence Fishburne are also among those starring in the film.
In the film, Marquardt plays a character called Klaus, who leaks John Wick to a crime lord that he must kill. Klaus' only line in the film is "I Am Klaus".
The film also features a fight scene in a big, Berghain-like nightclub. Set in Berlin, it features large water features and various rooms featuring art installations. Check out the film's trailer below.
The soundtrack to 'John Wick: Chapter 4' boasts the likes of French electronic duo Justice, techno producer Gesaffelstein, Japanese producer Powder, and a track from Sawayama.
Back in 2018, Marquardt successfully sued the company behind a card game called Bergnein.
